Certified But Want A Refresher
A Scuba Skills Update provides you with the opportunity to review and practice necessary scuba skills that you learned in your original Open Water Diver program under the guidance of an SSI Dive Professional. The Scuba Skills Update is often a required for continuing your diving training after a long period of time away from the sport. You will be issued an SSI Scuba Skills Update recognition card. NOTE: This is a good time to think about getting your scuba equipment serviced.

Required gear for the course:
Your own mask, fins and snorkel. We highly suggest you use your own BCD and Regulator if you have them.
If your regulator hasn't been serviced in over a year, please consider having it "Checked-out" by one of our service technicians prior to your course. Based on our workload, please allow at least a week for this service to be performed.
If your regulator hasn’t been serviced in over two years, please consider having one of service technicians perform an “Over-haul”. Based on our workload, please allow at least two weeks for this service to be performed. It could take longer if parts need to be ordered.
To learn more about both of these services, please click HERE. The cost for these services is based on make, model, and condition of your regulator.
What course should I consider next?
We understand that “life” can happen at the drop of a hat, but if you need to reschedule a class, there will be a re-scheduling fee based on the course, training requirements, any pool fees, and instructor availability.
